"I've been using TOS as my go-to mechanics for years now. The reason is I trust these guys. They are upfront with their rates, which are a bit more than other shops or dealerships. Then they perform the analysis and repair they already told you was probable. You don't get a lot of bait and switch. Yes they will tell you about other issues they may find, and tell you the pros and cons of fixing it now or waiting. They're extremely knowledgeable and operate with integrity. Example: I took my GFs SUV to their shop. She had a blinking check engine light. Clearly she had major engine issues. I pulled the codes before I took her car there, so I knew it was throwing rod codes. The guys are so knowledgeable they knew about a recall for that specific engine that other customers they had in the past had used. So they called a local dealership and checked on the recall status. Sure enough it was under recall. We had it towed to the dealership and had the engine replaced free of charge. TOS didn't have to do that. They could have replaced the engine for significant profit. Instead they only got a diagnostic fee. But dealing us honest and fair is why I go to these guys. Impeccable service and, most importantly, integrity. Something you don't see much of anymore. 10/10 Will use their service again. Please don't ever close! lol"
