How do I earn Loyalty Rewards?
TOS Auto Repair's tiered program rewards you as your relationship with the shop grows:
- Start by earning 2% on qualifying parts and labor.
- Earn 3% after reaching $2,500 in qualifying spend.
- Earn 5% after reaching $7,500 in qualifying spend within 12 months.
Oil services participate in their own Oil Service Award and do not earn the standard percentage Rewards.
How do I access my Loyalty Rewards account?
Start by entering the phone number associated with your account into the Rewards Balance Lookup above.
Once your account is found, click “View My Benefits.”
A one-time password will be sent to your cell phone. Enter that code to access your Customer Loyalty Account Pages, where you can access your available program benefits.
How does the Oil Service Award work?
Purchase 4 qualifying, fully paid oil services at TOS Auto Repair and earn your 5th qualifying oil service complimentary, up to $150.
Discounted, promotional, coupon, or special-priced oil services do not count toward the four required paid services.
How can I check my Oil Service Award progress?
Start by looking up your Rewards, then click “View My Benefits.”
From your Customer Loyalty Account Pages, you can view your Oil Service Award and current progress toward your next complimentary service.
How does the Referral Program work?
Refer someone new to TOS Auto Repair and you both receive $50 after a successful referral.
The new customer receives a $50 Referral Gift Card, and the referring customer receives $50 in Loyalty Rewards.
How do I refer someone?
Start by looking up your Rewards, then click “View My Benefits.”
Enter the one-time password sent to your phone to access your Customer Loyalty Account Pages. From there, select Referral Cards and follow the prompts to send your referral.
Can I transfer my Loyalty Rewards to someone else?
Yes. To transfer Rewards, call TOS Auto Repair and speak with a Service Advisor , who can help you complete the transfer.
When do my Rewards expire?
Rewards expire after 18 months of inactivity.
Visiting TOS Auto Repair keeps your Loyalty Rewards account active.
Is there a maximum Rewards balance?
No. There is no maximum Rewards balance, and there is no maximum amount of Rewards you can earn on a qualifying visit.
Are there services that do not earn Loyalty Rewards?
Yes. Oil services do not earn the standard percentage-based Loyalty Rewards because they participate in their own Oil Service Award.
Discounted, promotional, coupon, and special-priced oil services also do not count toward the Buy 4, Get the 5th Complimentary Oil Service Award.

Can I combine my Loyalty Rewards with another offer?
